Real estate development company “MSK – Montazh” has a ground area in rent for 49 years for placing of a production base. This plot of land is 3500 sq. meters and it is a municipal property. In 2011 a technical documentation of a standard monetary land appraisal was confirmed by the owner and an offer to increase the rent in 52 times was directed. There is a substantial difference between a standard monetary appraisal and an expert appraisal of plots of land in their purposes and proceedings by the Land appraisal Act of Ukraine. A legal position in the lawsuit and a strategy of legal actions were developed by The Law Office for the client’s civil interests’ protection. A refusal of a supplementary agreement conclusion was submitted.
